Refund Policy

We are committed to providing a transparent, fair, and straightforward refund policy to ensure our users understand our subscription and billing practices.

Free Trial Period

All new users of Mockpi are eligible for a 7-day free trial period. During the trial, users can explore and utilize the features and services without any charge.

Billing will only occur after the completion of the 7-day free trial unless the subscription is canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

If users are not fully satisfied with the product or no longer need it, they may cancel their subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period to prevent any charges.


Subscription Billing

Billing Date: Users will be billed at the end of the free trial period and, subsequently, on the renewal date for each billing cycle according to their selected plan.

Auto-renewal: Mockpi subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle to ensure uninterrupted access to our services.

Billing Cycle & Renewal: The renewal charge will be based on the chosen subscription plan and will be billed on the same day each cycle (monthly or annually).


Subscription Cancellation

Users can cancel their subscriptions at any time during the free trial period to avoid future charges. To ensure that you are not billed for the next cycle, please cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the next billing date.

Canceling the subscription prevents further charges but does not automatically initiate a refund if the billing cycle has already started.


Refund Eligibility & Process

If a user is billed due to the completion of the free trial period or an automatic renewal, and they raise a request for a refund within 24 hours of being billed, we would refund the amount charged.

Usage of Services: If the user has accessed and used our product and services within this 24-hour period, we reserve the right to evaluate the refund request based on usage. In such cases, a refund may be partially refunded or may not be provided.

To initiate a refund request, please contact our support team through support@mockpi.co within 24 hours of being billed.


Non-Refundable Charges

Refunds are not provided for charges made if the request is not raised within 24 hours after billing.

Refunds do not apply to fees for partial use of services within an active billing cycle after the initial 24-hour period post-billing.

Mockpi reserves the right to deny a refund in cases where abuse of the refund policy is identified.
